How do I place an order?

Customers in the EU can conveniently purchase our products online using major credit cards and PayPal. Simply visit the bueroleben.de Store through the "Shop" link at the top of the page. Our online shop's language is German, but we recommend using Google Translator when browsing through. However, once you've decided and want to proceed to checkout, please disable the Google Translator plugin – otherwise we cannot guarantee safe payment, and checkout will not be able to go through. 
You can view all Kinesis products on bueroleben.de when clicking on MARKEN (brands) and KINESIS. Use the "In den Warenkorb"/Add to Cart button on each product page (please note that some products may require the selection of options first).

Ensure you provide an email address that you frequently check. In case of any questions regarding your order, our sales team will contact you via email. It's crucial to enter your complete shipping address accurately. For business addresses, include the company name and building/suite number. An incomplete shipping address may cause delays in delivery and could result in additional fees.

If you cannot find your country listed when entering your shipping address, please contact us directly.

If you prefer email communication, please note that we cannot take your credit card details manually. If you want to place your order via e-mail, you have to pay with PayPal or Bank transfer in advance. In your email, include your complete billing and shipping address, phone number, and desired items.

What payment options are available?

In our online shop bueroleben.de we offer payment through credit card and PayPal, both of which are processed via the payment service of PayPal. Depending on PayPal's conditions, you might also be able to pay with SEPA, giropay, sofort Überweisung or installment payment.

If you want to pay with bank transfer, you can place your order via e-mail. Payment has to be made in advance. If you are a business or an institution and would like to pay via invoice, please contact us.

What are my shipping options?

Within Europe, we usually ship with UPS. 
Within Germany, we also use DHL.

If you have an special requests as to your shipping preferences, please contact us.

When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive?

Should the product be in stock, it is typically dispatched the same day or the next (Monday-Friday). In the event that this is not feasible, you will be notified via email about the anticipated shipping date for your order. 

The arrival time of your order is contingent upon your shipping address. 

Within Germany: 1-2 business days
Within EU: 2-5 business days
Within Europe: 3-7 business days (depending on customs)

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Upon the shipment of your order, you will receive a shipment notification and your invoice from bueroleben.de. To ensure you receive crucial updates about your order status, please use an email address that you check regularly. If, within two business days of placing your order, you haven't received this information, kindly check your spam filter. If the invoice or tracking number is still not found, feel free to contact us, ensuring to include your order number for assistance.

Please use your tracking code to track your parcel thoroughly, so you won't miss it in case it is delivered to your neighbor or an access point.

What kind of warranty do I get with my purchase?

If you are ordering within the EU, you have a regular 2 year warranty on your product. If Kinesis grants a longer warranty period, we will do our best to claim this for you accordingly.

What is the return policy?

If you are not a business and ordering within the EU, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return the item if you are not happy with it. Please note that you have to pay for shipping back to our German warehouse yourself.
