In more than 30 years in office ergonomics, we have observed the office worker in their development. Based on this experience, we have developed a methodology that addresses the recurring problems. It was clear that only a holistic concept could truly support people in their office environment. With Feldenkrais training in mind and based on Ilmarinen & Tuomi's "Concept of Work Ability" and scientific consultations, the concept "Body-Centered Working" was created.
